Responsible in Fault Management aspects including analyze, monitoring, escalation and restoration to ensure the department’s vision, mission and objectives are met. Formulate, develop, and direct HQ technical team and regional team on target and activities to ensure the Service Level Agreement (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and the required customers’ satisfaction are improving with minimum cost and improve productivities, effectiveness, and efficiency of resources. This position is critical at ensuring disruption to Network operations is minimal.
