ASSISTANT SALES MANAGER - NASALIS LARVATUS TOURS SDN BHD SDN BHD Assisting the Sales Manager & operations and providing customer support for quality service, customer satisfaction and driving profitability. A. Planning of sales activities and procedures. B. Assist Senior Sales Manager to help meet sales target, as well as ensure efficient sales activities. C. Facilitating effective sales supervise the activities of sales teams and representatives to ensure set goals and policies are achieved. D. Address issues relating to pricing, customer complaints, delivery of service, as well as the monitoring of inventory to ensure timely supply of ordered services. E. Collaborate with sales management in the planning and development of sales strategies, as well as in setting sales goals and standards. F. Provide information to customers & evaluate their needs & specifications. G. Conducting sales for tour and accommodation packages. H. Obtain rates and commission other packages not under company product. I. Conduct familiarization visits to agents. J. Conduct familiarization trip for agents. K. Provide weekly sales report and maintain proper work flow of the office. L. Overall design and production of effective media- include brochures, advertisement, trade stands and wen-based media. M. Attending trade workshops and exhibitions. N. Handling problem related to sales. O. Any other work assigned by management from time to time. Requirement:- - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Degree in Business study/ tourism or related discipline - Good command of spoken and writing in English/Malay - Based in Kota Kinabalu - Salary: RM2,000.00 – RM2,300.00 based on sales experience.
