Job Description: • Book Keeping • Prepare and monitor cash flow and bank reconciliation. • Ensure all the account payable and account receivable transaction are recorded and updated. • Prepare daily / weekly / monthly report required by Superiors. • Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms, salary and requests for payment. • Prepare audit report based on latest required standard. • Process payroll and claims under supervision. • Handle and maintain General Ledger as a part of full set accounts. • Advantage knowledge in SQL Accounting Software preferred • Good knowledge in MS OFFICE (Microsoft Word & Excel) • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field Basic skills required: • SST expert • Proficient in Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint, MYOB,UBS,ERP System and Lotus 123 • IT savvy • Accountability and able to meet deadline Bonus: 1) Able to prepare full set management account will be best 2) Liaise with tax agent 3) Liaise with Audit firm 4) Able to use accounting software eg SQL, Autocount Please contact me @ SHAWN 016-2322864 or shawn.otr@gmail.com
