Job Description :
𝐁𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐓𝐚𝐬𝐤 : Customer Order Processing / E-Commerce, Packaging products, Perform digital marketing, able to edit photos and videos to accommodate the content (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram & etc, Assist in handling incoming calls, Initiate sales as well marketing activities including phone calls, emails, online orders, Advertise products material online / social media.
𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫 𝐒𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐜𝐞 : Assist customers in finding books, making personalized recommendations, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭 𝐊𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞 : Stay up-to-date on current book releases, bestsellers, and trends, as well as understanding customer preferences.
𝐈𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 : Help with stock replenishment, organizing book displays, and ensuring shelves are well-maintained and visually appealing. Inventory tracking; issue purchase order as needed; receive and organized new or return stock; oversee pricing and sales promotions; removing updated items from shelves.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 & 𝐄𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 : Promote in-store & online store events, discounts, and special offers, and encourage customer participation in loyalty programs, monitor customer feedback and make improvement based on input; maintain an attractive and dynamic product display.
𝐑𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝 & 𝐏𝐚𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 : Handle payment processing and financial transactions; keep record of daily sales, expenses and cash flow; manage cash float and safe.
Qualifications :
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 : Previous experience in retail or sales (bookstore experience is a plus but not required).
𝐏𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬 : A genuine love for reading with the ability to recommend a variety of genres and authors.
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 : Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed performance goals.
𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 : Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
𝐂𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐦𝐞𝐫-𝐅𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐬𝐞𝐝 : A friendly, approachable, and helpful attitude toward customers.
𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦 𝐏𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐫 : Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
𝐅𝐥𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 : Availability to work weekends and holidays if required.
Requirements :
👉 Candidate must possess at least a Higher Secondary (SPM) or equivalent
Required languages : Tamil, English & Malay
👉 Must have own Car (Have to do product delivery to the courier service nearby)
👉 Experience : With basic retail & admin experience & non experience is also encourage to Apply
👉 Must have high Commitment in work, high discipline, mindset to grow and cheerful personality
👉 Competence in using Computer / knowledge in basic video editing
Salary Range :
👉 Basic Salary : RM1700 - RM2000
👉 Working Days / Time :
Monday to Friday (9.00am - 6.00pm)
Saturday (9.00am - 2.00pm)
