JOB DESCRIPTION
⢠Handle customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, Facebook, website, and other online platforms.
⢠Recommend suitable rental vehicles based on customer needs and budget.
⢠Prepare quotations, confirm bookings, and follow up with potential customers.
⢠Process rental reservations, payments, and customer documentation.
⢠Prepare and explain rental agreements, terms, and conditions to customers.
⢠Coordinate vehicle handover and return arrangements with the operations team.
⢠Assist customers with rental extensions, vehicle exchanges, and general support during the rental period.
⢠Ensure customer records, booking details, and payment information are accurately maintained.
⢠Follow up on customer feedback and encourage repeat bookings and referrals.
⢠Achieve monthly sales and booking targets set by the company.
⢠Perform administrative and operational duties related to daily car rental operations.
⢠Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service at all times.
⢠Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Power Point)
