DUTIES • Performing optometry services as per standard operating procedures and policies such as examine patients’ eyes to detect signs of injury, disease, abnormality or vision defect • Providing advice on visual problems and prescribe visual aids • Document history including complaint and relevant symptoms, ocular health, medication usage, medical and family history, current vision aide if applicable, and any other pertinent data • Examine eyes using observation, and instruments to determine visual perception, acuity, coordination and focus REQUIREMENTS • Ability to work on retail business hours, weekend and Public Holiday • Excellent communication skills • Multi-tasking, resourceful and able to work independently • Valid Annual Practicing Certificate & Registered with Malaysian Optical Council We offer competitive wages based on experience. • Receiving, unpacking and arranging new shipments from suppliers and vendors • Arranging and labelling goods in the display shelves • Assisting customers in finding the products they’re looking for • Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate • Collect payments whether in cash or credit • Issue receipts, refunds • Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information • Cleaning and rearranging the store after hours • Collaborating with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organised at all times
