Job Description
Full-time position available for an Office Administrator in Kolombong.
Working Days & Hours:
Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm
Saturday 8am to 12pm
Location: Kolombong (Kian Yap Industrial Park area). Must have own transport to work.
Requirements:
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
*Bonus if you know UBS Stock & Accounts or AutoCount*
- Must know written & spoken English & Malay
- Able to work in a team environment
- Quick and accurate data-entry skills
- Immediate start is preferred
Responsibilities includes (but not limited to): Daily data entry of invoices and other documents, filing, other administrative duties. Light lifting maybe required occasionally.
