* Serves customers and meeting customer needs.
* Updating databases and using a customer system database provided.
* Answering incoming calls; taking messages and re-directing calls as required
* Dealing with enquiries
* Data entry
* General office management
* Maintaining the company social media accounts
* Providing administration support to Sales Reps, Managers and Senior Management
* Sales and Marketing support
* To adhere and comply to all aftersales SOP

* Fresh graduate OR No working Experience
