Field IT Technician (full time positions) Focused area: Muadzam, Chini, Keratong, Selancar ## House is provided within working area## ## EPF/SOCSO## - Installation of PC, printers, network switches - Check and maintain computer hardware and peripherals such as mouses, keyboards, printers and scanners - Install, configure and manage software and their functions according to specifications - Ensure security and privacy of networks and computer systems - Troubleshoot to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner - Maintain records/logs of repairs and fixes - Perform preventive maintenance for computers and printers - Work uder pressure with minimum supervision, and meet SLA and KPI given Requirements: - Previous working experience as IT Technician for at least 3 years is an advantage - Fresh graduates are encourage to apply - At least Skill Certificate (SKM / others), Diploma in Computer Science, engineering or similar relevant field - Problem solver and attention to details - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Outstanding organizational and time-management skills - Hands on experience with diverse computer systems and networks - Certification as IT Technician will be a big plus - Familiar with Windows 7, 10, office 2013, office 2016 - Solid knowledge in Windows base applications and system - Able to work according to rules and regulations - Work onsite at customer’s premise - Possesses own transport (car) with valid driving license - Local Malaysian (anak peneroka Felda will be given priority) - Coverage area: Muadzam, Chini, Keratong, Selancar Please email your resume to: regional.tech18@gmail.com.
