Sales Consultant / Promoter (Pulau Tioman)RM 2 500 - 3 000 per month
- Provide an excellent customer service which included warm welcome greetings,
answering questions, handle customer complaints and provide professional
recommendation.
- Maintain a clean, organized and comfortable retail environment for customers’
great shopping experience.
- Restock items that are running low and maintain proper display appearances
- Assist stock replenishment and merchandising, and perform daily stock count
- Keep a watchful eye for theft or mishandling of merchandise, and act according to
company policies.
- Ensure customers are well-informed on any current promotion, rewards
programs,
activities and store return and customs policies.
- Handle cashier work if necessarily.
- Propose stock transfer item and quantity for every SKU.
- Be the face of the company and uphold company values both in how they dress
and how they interact with customer.
Requirements
- 1 year of retail sales experience
- Require to work during weekend and Public Holiday
- 6 days’ work per week, by follow shift
- Understand English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellent selling skills
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, and customer-oriented
attitude.
