RESPONSIBILITIES: ✅ To handle full spectrum payroll in processing accurate and timely payroll, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and employee benefits. ✅ Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave, and personal information, ensuring compliance with HR policies. ✅ Support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management. ✅ Ensure payroll and HR processes comply with labor laws and generate required reports for management and regulatory authorities. ✅ Address and resolve payroll-related queries and discrepancies promptly and professionally. ✅ To handle any other HR and administration duties assigned by the superior.
QUALIFICATIONS: - Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. - Min. 2 years experience in payroll processing, HR administration, or a related role. - Literate in computer Microsoft & Payroll system. - Candidate who fast learner and keen to learn. - Candidate who is disciplined with a positive working attitude and able to work under tight deadlines & pressure also multitask. - Able to work extra hours & possess own transport. - Preferably female candidates. - Age 25 to 38 years.
