🔧 **Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Managing Daily Operations**: Oversee day-to-day activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
2. **Tenant & Property Management**:
- Handle tenant viewings, check-ins, check-outs, and contract renewals.
- Market available units to maximize occupancy rates.
- Address tenant inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain positive tenant relations.
3. **Customer Service & Fast Response**:
- Provide prompt replies to messages from tenants and clients.
- Ensure fast responsiveness to inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
4. **Record-Keeping**: Maintain essential data, records, and reports using Excel or other data management tools.
5. **Scheduling and Planning**: Arrange meetings, prepare schedules, and coordinate project timelines.
6. **Property Maintenance Coordination**: Coordinate property repairs, maintenance, and liaise with contractors.
7. **Customer and Vendor Relations**: Foster strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

📚 **Education**: Minimum SPM qualification.
