Penang Landscape Maintenance Site Supervisor

Work scope:

- You are responsible to ensure worker's attendance for specific sites you manage.
- You should also manage and supervise landscape maintenance activities in
site
- You need to attend and participate in meetings required by the client
or administrative department.
- You also need to prepare monthly reports and reports for the site
required by the customer
- You need to give suggestions to upgrade the landscape to the customer
if needed.
- To manage and handle complaints and to provide / suggest
corrective plan to the customer.
- You need to prepare medicine for plants and trees that are lacking
nutrients, infected with diseases or attacked by pests.
- To ensure workers are trained on how to use the equipment before
perform assigned work to minimize machine damage.
- Ensure all work carried out by employees as specified
in their job description completed within the specified period and with
appropriately and safely
- Responsible for ordering materials needed by the site and performing
preventive maintenance on small and large equipment trucks, mowers
brushes, conditioners and blowers to minimize downtime.
- To manage site equipment and ensure right tools and equipment supplied.


- Candidates with a GDL license will be given priority.
