1. Responsible for day to day operation of Account Receivables & Account Payable. 2. Monitor all payments received from customers and maintain a good record on post dated cheque. 3. Monitor collection and review aging on regular basis and to highlight overdue debts to superior. 4. Issue Cash Bill, Debit Note, Credit Note or Contra-Note when necessary. 5. Reconcile the monthly statement of accounts with customers. 6. Maintain proper accounting records and filing system. 7. Process employee monthly expenses claims. 8. Any other task assigned from time to time as required.
