Sales Executive Various LocationRM 1 500 - 1 500 per month
Job Responsibilities :
● Maintains quality service by responding to customers in a timely manner, solving
customer issues/complaints, and recommending business solutions to the clients
● Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within time limits and
follow up to ensure a solution
● Achieve or exceed monthly and yearly sales targets set by the management
● Services existing customer accounts, obtain orders and establish new customer accounts.
● Conduct market research to identify products’ market trends and identify product position
and potential.
● Implementation of promotions and rollout of new products.
● Manage customer orders to ensure requirements and delivery lead time are met.
● Conduct a pre-survey on the travel plans and routes for smooth daily operations
● Ensure prompt payment collection from customers.
● Handle and solve customers’ complaints through investigating root causes, developing
solutions, and making recommendations to management.
● Prepare a daily call report, weekly work plan, and monthly sales report.
● Develop sales and improve turnaround time for account receivables set by the company.
● Manage and develop key accounts to meet sales targets.
● Minimized credit risk by ensuring collections as per approved credit terms and credit limits.
● Perform a market survey for the company.
● Ensure high customers satisfaction by establishing effective communications with the
clients.
● Develop & open new business opportunities.
● Ensure proper display of merchandise and optimize the display of product range at outlets.
● Feedback on stock level, market information, and competitors’ activities.
● Ability to propose orders and initiate activities to increase sales at outlets.
● Assist marketing team in events and roadshows.
● Perform routine outlet service and sales coverage.
● Pursue growth and business expansion opportunities by developing new clients and
maintaining good relationships with existing customers
● Execute day-to-day sales activities, which include sales visitation, feedback on customer
performance, satisfaction & AR outstanding status
