1. Registers and processes guest promptly upon arrival to ensure guest satisfaction.
2. Performs all guest accounting functions according to established hotel operating procedures to ensure all the guest and house accounts are complete and accurate.
3. Accept responsibilities reconcile daily transactions accurately and maintaining a cash register.
4. Thoroughly understand and adheres to all established proper credit, check cashing and cash handling and inventory control policies and procedures to minimize exposure to loss revenue.
5. Process checkouts in a timely and efficient manner.
6. Properly process guest mails, messages and packages to ensure receipt of the same by the guest and attends all the reviews, suggestion, complains, etc.
7. Demonstrates the effective utilization of room rates and promotional programme to achieve maximum occupancy.
8. Received and process reservations accurately to ensure guest satisfaction.
9. Ensure housekeeping and cleaning is done on timely manner for guest arrival.
