REQUIREMENTS
- Single female age from 25 years old and above
- Diploma in Business Administration/Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an executive assistant or secretary role, preferably supporting senior executives in a corporate environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Proactive and resourceful problem-solver
- Discreet, with a high level of integrity and confidentiality
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
