Planner Civil Engineer

Planner Civil Engineer required for our site location at Besut, Terengganu.

Responsibilities:

1 Assisting Project Manager in planning and monitoring.
2 Determine and develop the most suitable and economically viable construction and engineering methods for projects.
3 Create work program for the subordinates to refer & organizing manpower for specific tasks ensuring tasks complete on time.
4 Estimate time and ensure deadline.
5 Organize, plan and monitor site activities and update the work programs accordingly. Prepare method statement and liaise with project team and consultants on the planning and sequencing processes in meeting project requirements.
6 Study, highlight and provide mitigation measures on delayed/critical activities and resolve discrepancies of drawing and specifications.
7 Track progress and prepare monthly reports according to schedule.
8 Ensure efficient allocation or resources and all works are carried out based on approved program.


Requirements:

1. Candidates must possess Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in
Civil Engineering.
2. Knowledge in Primavera (6) Certified or Microsoft Project.
3. At least 5 year(s) and above of working experience in construction industry. Candidates who have work experience in the estuary/coast is an advantage.
4. Has a valid CIDB Green Card.
5. Has a valid driving license (B2 & D)
