Job Description

1. Coordinate manpower, material support and production schedules to meet requirements.
2. Monitor worker performance to make sure meet Production target productivity and yield.
3. To ensure production worker follow work process flow and SOP.
4. Ensure Production operation carry out as per Company SOP and meeting company KPI in term of People Safety, Food Safety, Productivity OEE and yield.
5. Perform any other related or similar duties assigned by management time to time.
6. Collect all data required from production shop floor and key into Production Computer tracking system in company server.
