Job Description
1- Take purchase requests from various departments within a company.
2- Make purchases for goods while coordinating expenditure records and accounts payables.
3- Prepare and process purchase orders, invoices and other related documents.
4- Ensure that purchasing policies are being adhered to.
5- Find and contact potential suppliers to purchase materials from and resolve issues if needed.
6- Review and track delivery orders.
Requirements:
1. Excellent using Microsoft office
2. Ability work under pressure
3. Good communication skill
4. Good attitude and discipline
