Job Description
• Conduct inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process items, and finished products to verify they meet quality and specification requirements.
• Utilize measurement and testing tools to identify defects and ensure products align with established standards.
• Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and non-conformities as they arise.
• Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring quality issues.
• Document and report all quality control activities accurately, including inspection results and corrective actions.
• Report quality issues and non-conformities to superior.
• Provide feedback and suggestions for enhancing quality control procedures and practices.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirement:
• Minimum SPM or Diploma; a technical degree or quality control certification is an advantage.
• At least 1 year of quality control experience, ideally in the printing or packaging industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 standards and quality control processes related to printing and packaging.
• Attention to detail and proficiency with measurement tools
• Basic computer literacy
• Basic English speaking and writing skills
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues
• Not color-blind
• Strong problem-solving abilities
