Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle guest check-in and check-out procedures
✔ Handle daily accounting entries
✔ Manage bookings & customer records
✔ Prepare invoices & payment follow-ups
✔ Maintain accurate financial data
✔ Coordinate with customers & team ✔ Basic accounting knowledge
✔ Experience in accounts or booking (preferred)
✔ MS Excel / Accounting software skills
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Attention to detail

Job Requirements:
-Minimum diploma and above only
-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English
-Friendly, polite, and customer-oriented
-Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, Excel, simple hotel system, tiktok marketing)
-Honest, responsible, and punctual
-Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
-Willing to change branches when needed
-Experience in hotel/front desk is an advantage (training provided)
