Retail Sales (Brand Advisor)

Role:
You will be responsible for delivering exceptional in-store experiences, building meaningful relationships with customers, and guiding them in discovering pieces that reflect their style and confidence.

What We’re Looking For:
• A cheerful, warm, and approachable personality
• Strong commitment and sense of responsibility
• Passion in servicing customers and giving style advice
• Experience in retail sales and fashion background is an advantage (but not necessary)
• Fresh graduates are welcome — especially those with strong interest in sales and customer service
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Willing to work on weekend

What You’ll Do:
• Engage customers with a premium service experience and convert into sales
• Provide styling advice and product knowledge
• Maintain store presentation aligned with Raeesa’s brand image
• Build lasting relationships with customers
