Job Description

• Responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers during the sales process.

• Able to efficiently respond to any email or telephone queries in a calm and friendly manner. Maintaining good relationship with customer.

• Communicating with both clients and team members efficiently.

• Liaise with sales division and follow-up closely with logistics department and ensure orders meet customer expectations.

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by superior from time to time.
