Job Description
- Ensure sales targets set by department is met.
- Communicate with customers, answering customers questions, informing customers about used cars' availability and prices.
- Follow up with customers to ensure that they are satisfied with services and product.
- Prepare sales related paperwork (original purchase order, invoices, delivery orders, etc) to be given to Admin & Account department for final processing and issuance.
- Handle customers via phone call /email related to order processing.
