Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
1) Conduct door to door maintenance service of home appliances such as TV , Washing Machine , Refrigerator & Air cond , ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
2) Manage work order information, including customer communication, on site inspection and maintenance, and application for necessary sparepart.
3) Manage the transportation of products and product and/or product part, ensuring safe and efficient delivery.
Job Requirements :
1) Familiar with household appliances like TV , Refrigerators , Washing machine , Air cond .
Skill in fault inspection and judgment of the product , have competent repairing abilities .
2) Adhere to company policies and promptly communicate any issues to supervisors .
3) Proficient in Malay & English .
4) Has good physique to handle transportation of products .
5) Holds driving license .
6) Age 18 - 35 .
