Can connect using bluetooth. Will recognize as Nintedo Switch Pro Controller (Red Light) on PC and Mobile. Mobile might work or might not. Not tested on Nintendo Switch.
Can connect via cable to PC via cable (Blue Light).

Type-C Cable included might be damaged.
Include phone holder can be used as phone stand too and Changeable dpad.

Keep it between Red and Blue Light Mode. Can refer to manual.
