About the Role We are a cabinet manufacturing and interior design company looking for a hardworking, reliable, and motivated Factory & Installation Assistant to join our team. If you are willing to learn, handy with tools, and enjoy seeing raw materials turn into beautiful finished products, this job is for you! No prior experience is needed—as long as you have the right attitude, our team will provide full on-the-job training. Key Responsibilities:- 1. Material fabrication: Assist senior carpenters in cutting, preparing, and organizing wood panels/melamine boards and hardware. 2. Factory Maintenance: Keep the factory workstation clean, tidy, and safe. Load and unload materials. 3. On-Site Installation: Follow the team to project sites (residential/commercial) to assist with cabinet installation and assembly. 4. Teamwork: Work closely with supervisors and senior carpenters to ensure jobs are completed on time. Requirements - Experience: No experience required. Fresh grads, school leavers, or career changers are welcome to apply. - Attitude: Responsible, willing to learn, punctual, and possesses a good working attitude. - Physical Fitness: Physically fit and able to lift heavy materials (wood boards, tools, etc.). - Language: Basic English or Mandarin/Malay to understand instructions from the team.
