Our 2008 Porsche Cayenne GTS 4.8 V8 was originally imported and delivered brand-new by Porsche Malaysia, and it has been properly cared for, maintained and serviced right up until today.

More importantly, we didn’t just maintain it — we rebuilt it.

From an extensive engine rebuild to a completely renewed air-suspension system, a tremendous amount of work has gone into making this Cayenne GTS something we could genuinely trust to drive anywhere.

And we’ve already proven it.

We took this very Cayenne on an epic 4,000+ km road trip from Kuala Lumpur to Bangkok for Das Treffen X, continuing through different cities and destinations along the way. It crossed borders, covered highways, sat through traffic and carried us through the entire journey without being treated like a garage queen.

Under the bonnet is Porsche’s 4.8-litre naturally aspirated V8, producing 405 hp and 500 Nm of torque, paired with Porsche’s permanent all-wheel-drive system.

And despite wearing the GTS badge, it is still a proper first-generation Cayenne underneath.

Want to take the highway? Absolutely.

Want to load up the luggage and drive across border again? Tomorrow.

Want to leave the tarmac and go off-road? With its all-wheel-drive system with locking differential and adjustable air suspension, this Cayenne is made for it.

It has also just received a brand-new set of Bridgestone Potenza Sport tyres, while the exterior currently wears its unmistakable Martini Racing livery giving an already special GTS even more character.

This Cayenne has been rebuilt, serviced, maintained, travelled in and properly enjoyed.
