2013 Bmw 116i (CKD) 1.6 (A)

Want to let go BMW 116i 2013.

Car got few issue that is minor. Read before showing real interest.
1. P button at the moment not working due to connection film broken (easy fix by soldering back). Will auto into P mode if engine shut off.
2. Valve cover minor leaking, just valve cover rubber seal will fix that (easy fix) and new seal in the boot.
3. PCV valve need to be replace (easy fix together with valve cover rubber seal)
4. Right Lower-Arm need to be replace.

All Minor Wear & Tear and cheap fixes.
