2013 Ford FOCUS 2.0 TI-VCT SPORT PLUS C346 (A)

Hello, I am letting go of my wonderful Ford Focus MK3 that I’ve owned for 2 years

Since I got the car I’ve worked on it and fixed some stuff, the car runs without issues, I’ve traveled to places like port Dickson and Melaka with it and I’ve found nothing but joy driving it

For the 2 years that I’ve owned it, it has not been Involved in any accident at all
The only reason I’m selling the car is that my family is growing in number and size and it’s becoming a little challenging to fit them all in the car

What has been fixed/done on the car:

- O2 sensor has been replaced
-Full set of NGK Iridium Laser spark plugs (the best in the market)
- Replaced the PCV Purge Valve
- Installed a brand new factory spec battery around 4 months ago
- Relaced the thermostat + thermostat housing (general maintenance)
- Front and Rear brake pads, used Powerstop ceramic brake pads, one of the
best in the market
- replaced 2 front windows motors
- used original Motorcraft Coolant (Green)
- Used ONLY fully synthetic Motorcraft 5w-30 engine oil
- used Motorcraft oil filter FL-400 (ordered from Taiwan), bigger size means more engine oil filtering
- recently replaced 2 rear Tires
- Recently replaced cabin air filter
And many more! Most parts were ordered from the USA to avoid any non-genuine parts (all service history and parts history are available for serious buyers)

What the car needs:

-2 sides CV axle (car runs smoothly on normal speeds, minimal shake when on full throttle
- suspension bushings and links
- Engine mount + gearbox mount (parts Available and will replace soon)
- one speed sensor needs to be replaced (front driver side)
I scuffed the car once when I was parking (rookie mistake) but it’s shown in the pictures, does not need respray, only good detailing should take care of the matter

Car mileage is 145k KM, owned it for 2 years and only drove 10k KM (I don’t drive it much)

Powershift Dual clutch transmission is in perfect condition
AC is very cold.. its freezing

The car has always been stored in a closed and ventilated parking lot, the paint is good and I detailed it and waxed it multiple times previously to maintain it.

Interior has no issues but minor cosmetic, seats are perfect and not torn, only thing is the gear selector, it’s rough with age, but it’s only the leather

Auto park is also working perfectly and it’s such a joy feature
