Where will my PRO Niaga Store appear in Mudah.my?
Your PRO Niaga Store will automatically appear in the PRO Niaga listings and will be sorted based on the number of ads in your store. You will also be given your own unique PRO Niaga Store URL, which is your own URL, dedicated to listing all the ads in your PRO Niaga Store.
Will my PRO Niaga ad show up in Mudah.my’s search results?
Yes, they will.
How can I make changes to my PRO Niaga account?
You can make changes to your account by logging into your PRO Niaga account and clicking the “Profile” link at the top of the page. Please note that for security reasons, contact information and identification details cannot be changed by yourself. If you need any assistance, please contact our PRO Niaga customer support team at proniaga@mudah.my.
Can I post ads in a category that is different from the one I signed up an account for?
Yes, except for Car ads. To post a car ad, you need to sign up for a Cars PRO Niaga store account.
How do I insert ads under my PRO Niaga Store?
First log into your PRO Niaga account. Then click “Insert Ad” to insert an ad or to create a draft of your ad. Once the drafts have been added, go to “My Ads” at the top of the page to access your Ad Management dashboard. Select the drafts you want to publish by checking the appropriate checkbox, and finally click on “Publish” at the bottom of the page.
How many users can I have in PRO Niaga store?
You can add multiple users to the PRO Niaga account by clicking on “Users” at the top of the page to access the User Management form. As the superadmin, you can add/remove users to/from your PRO Niaga account, and also choose to give them different user rights.
Why is my account deactivated?
Your account may be deactivated because you have not inserted ads or bought any premium services for the last 6 months or due to suspicion of theft of the account, false information, infringing material or information or activities that Mudah deemed to be inappropriate.
How can I reactivate my account?
To reactivate your account, contact customer service at 03-2712 3225 (Monday to Friday, 9am – 6pm except public holidays).
What are Mudah Credits?
Mudah Credits are a great way for PRO Niaga users to pay for various Mudah.my advertising premium services and listings.
What will happen to my Expired Credits?
You will receive an email reminder to top up your credits 1 week before your credit expires. You will then have a 30-day grace period to top up your credits and extend their validity. If you choose to top up your credits at this point, the total credits you have remaining (including those that were about to expire) will be carried forward. However, if no action is taken, the expired credits will be forfeited after the 30-day grace period.
How do I top up my Mudah Credits?
To buy Mudah Credits, first log into your PRO Niaga account. Then, click on “Credits” at the top of the page. We have various payment methods available for you to pay for your Mudah Credits: Credit Card, Maybank Online Transfer, Cheque, Cash Deposit, PayPal.
What are premium services?
Premium services available on Mudah.my include:
- Edit — Make changes to your ad after they are published.
- Edit and Bump — Allows you to modify the details of your published ads and be pushed to the top of the listing once as if it had just been put online.
- Featured+ Ad — Features your ad at the best position on web and mobile platforms to maximise exposure, gain more quality leads and sell faster.
- Urgent — Mark your ad as Urgent. An Urgent icon will appear next to your ad.
- Bump Ad — Allows your ad to go on top of the listing as if it had just been put online.
- Highlight Ad — Differentiate your ad for 5 days in different colour, bigger thumbnail and bigger listing space.
- Republish — Republish your expired ad for another 62 days.
- Multiple republish — Republish multiple ads in one go for another 62 days.
Can I buy premium services for my ad which is expiring soon?
Yes. You can buy premium services for your ad even if your ad expires earlier than the premium service you are buying. However the premium service will expire at the same time as your ad.
How much do premium services or posting an ad cost?
Prices differ by category and store type. Scroll down to the Pricing section below (or jump via the sidebar) to see rates for each category.
How can I post a car ad as a PRO Niaga seller?
Sign up for a PRO Niaga account under Cars sub-category and get your account ID checked by submitting the necessary documents. Upon getting verified, you will then be able to post a car ad.
How do I get my PRO Niaga Car account verified?
By submitting the following documents in your Profile page: If you are running a Company, submit your company registration document (SSM). If you are a Sales Agent, submit the front and back of your Identification Card (IC) and Business Card with the Business Registration Number indicated. The checking of all the documents will take up to 3 working days.

Edit and Bump Combo
How does “Edit and Bump” work?
Edit and Bump allows you to modify the details of your published ads and be pushed to the top of the listing once as if it had just been put online. After which, it will behave like a normal listing and be moved down as new listings are added to the marketplace. The Bump action is just 1 time, and will take instant effect upon ad approval.
How to buy “Edit and Bump”?
On the “My Ads” page in PRO Niaga dashboard, under the Published tab, select the ads you want to modify then click the “Edit” link. Then select the option to “Edit and Bump” to make changes to your ad. Upon successfully updating your ad, the bump will be executed within 20 minutes.
Who can purchase “Edit and Bump”?
Any PRO Niaga store can buy Edit and Bump.
How much is “Edit and Bump”?

Dynamic Pricing
What is Dynamic Pricing?
Dynamic Pricing is an all new pricing method where the price for that premium service varies. The Dynamic Pricing will take into consideration the competition, market conditions and category activities (supply and demand). Only applicable to Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler for Car Category listings. Prices may decrease or increase from the advertised base prices subject to current market dynamics.
What categories does this apply to?
Effective 14 November 2022, Dynamic Pricing will apply to Car Category listings for Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler.
How does it work?
In months where we see slower market activity, the price for Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler will either remain at the base price or be reduced to a lower price based on your selected store type (Basic, Plus or Premium). In months where we see higher market activity, the price for Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler will increase slightly to a reasonable amount.
How does it benefit pro sellers?
Instead of a price increase across the board, Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler price will change with market conditions to deliver maximum value for you. Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler price will only increase in months where the market activity is high to reduce competition from poor quality listings and result in increased visibility of authentic, high-quality listings. In months where market activity is slower, the price for Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler will be reduced from the base price.
Will I see the same Dynamic Pricing as other pro sellers?
The Dynamic Pricing for Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler is only applicable to Car category listings. When dynamic pricing is in effect, all Pro Sellers will see the price decrease or increase to Bump 1-day and Bump Scheduler according to your store type (Basic, Plus or Premium). While the base price is different across store types, the decrement or increment amount will be the same across store types.
How frequent does the Dynamic Pricing change?
As and when a market condition change has been detected, or if a situation arises where manual intervention is required. For a start, we do not expect frequency to be high.
Are there any price changes to Listing and other Premium Services?
Bump 7-days and Bump 14-days prices remain as per current. However, as a business, we review our proposition to ensure that we are always providing value for our customers at a fair price on an ongoing basis.
