Job Description
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 6:00pm
* Assist in data entry and maintaining financial records in the accounting system.
* Process invoices for payment, including prepare payment vouchers and cheques and arrange for signatures.
* Assist in bank reconciliation, filing and administrative work.
* Computer literate and good with Autocount accouting software, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must possess at least SPM/ LCCI/ Diploma in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking or its equivalent.
* Possess high level of integrity, meticulous and hardworking.
* At least 1 year of experience as an accounting or clerical position.
