Job Description
We are looking for an Accounts / Secretarial Assistant to join our team.
Responsibilities:
Handle daily accounting and data entry
Prepare invoices and payment vouchers
Assist in company secretarial documentation
Filing and general administrative work
Liaise with clients and government agencies (SSM, LHDN, etc.)
Requirements:
Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
Basic knowledge of accounting software (e.g. UBS)
Able to work independently
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
Location: Klang / Shah Alam
Working Hours: Monday to Friday (9.00 to 6.00pm) Saturday (half day)
Salary: Based on experience
