⚡ Utility Advance Disclaimer:
The RM200 is an advance, not a fixed monthly utility fee. Utilities are calculated based on actual monthly usage and shared equally among all housemates. Any excess or balance will be adjusted accordingly.

📌 Room Booking:
To reserve the room, a booking fee of RM800 is required (equivalent to the security deposit + utility advance).

On your move-in day, you’ll only need to pay the remaining RM600 for the first month’s rental.

● Free parking is available outside the condominium.
