Air Freight Operation Executive

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Air Freight Operations Executive to join our team. If you have experience in logistics and freight forwarding, we welcome you to apply!

Job Responsibilities : -
- Handle daily air freight import and export operations. Coordinate shipments with airlines, agents, customers, and internal teams
- Prepare and monitor shipping documents and customs-related documentation.
- Manage billing, invoicing, and shipment costing
- Respond to overseas agent and customer inquiries promptly
- Track shipment status and ensure timely delivery
- Ensure all operations are carried out according to company procedures and deadlines

Requirements :-
- Experience in freight forwarding or logistics industry preferred
- Knowledge in air freight import/export operations
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Familiar with operational documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
