Aircond & Installation Technician (Handyman)

📍 Location: Penang Island
💰 Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500/month
💼 Position: Full-Time
📅 Working Days: 6 Days/Week

We are looking for an experienced and reliable Aircond & Installation Technician (Handyman) to support our property maintenance and renovation operations.

🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Aircond Servicing & Repairs (MUST HAVE)
- Normal servicing & chemical cleaning
- Troubleshoot AC leakage and cooling issues
- Diagnose and repair AC faults
- General AC maintenance

2️⃣ Handyman & Installation (MUST HAVE)
- Furniture assembly and repairs
- Lighting and ceiling fan installation
- Curtain rods, shelves and wall-mounted fittings
- Drilling, fixing and general installation
- Minor property repairs

3️⃣ Basic Electrical & Wiring (PREFERRED)
- Basic wiring and electrical troubleshooting
- Light, fan and switch installation
- Able to identify electrical faults safely

4️⃣ Other Skills (BONUS)
- Plumbing and water leakage repairs
- Toilet fittings and minor pipe repairs
- Minor painting and silicone works

🏗️ ADDITIONAL JOB SCOPE
- New condominium defect inspections
- Identify and document construction defects
- Prepare defect reports with photos
- Support renovation, furnishing and installation works

📋 REQUIREMENTS
- Relevant hands-on technical experience
- Able to troubleshoot and work independently
- Responsible, punctual and reliable
- Valid driving licence
- Able to travel around Penang Island
- Update maintenance tasks with photos and reports
- Good attitude and teamwork

💰 BENEFITS
