Aircond & Maintenance Technician (Handyman)

📍 Location: Penang Island
💼 Position: Full-Time Technician
💰 Salary: RM4,000 – RM4,500/month
📅 Working Days: 6 Days Per Week

🔧 JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1️⃣ Aircond Servicing & Repairs
- Normal servicing and chemical cleaning
- Troubleshoot AC leakage, drainage and cooling issues
- Diagnose and repair AC faults

2️⃣ General Maintenance & Handyman
- Plumbing, toilet and water leakage repairs
- Lighting and minor electrical works
- Door locks, cabinets and furniture repairs
- Silicone, mould treatment and minor painting

3️⃣ Minor Renovation & Installation Works
- Minor renovation and installation works
- Furniture assembly and property improvements
- Defect inspection and troubleshooting

4️⃣ Maintenance Reporting
- Attend daily assigned maintenance jobs
- Update job status through our maintenance system
- Submit before-and-after photos
- Report issues and required materials

✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Experienced in AC servicing and general handyman works
- Able to troubleshoot independently
- Responsible, punctual and reliable attendance
- Valid driving licence
- Able to travel around Penang Island
- Good teamwork and communication skills

💰 BENEFITS
- RM4,000 – RM4,500/month (based on experience)
