We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Assistant Branch Manager to support our daily operations in Kuching, Sarawak. This role is ideal for candidates with, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing daily business operations
- Supervise staff performance and ensure smooth workflow
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and standards
- Monitor operational performance and prepare reports
- Improve processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
🎯 Requirements:
- SPM/STPM/Diploma in related field
- Minimum 1–3 years experience in operations / management
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Able to multitask and work under pressure
- Able to handle emergency situations
- Able to start immediately is an advantage
