Automotive technician (Senior)

1. Vehicle Diagnostics & Repair
​~Passionate and skilled individual who specialist in tires and rim. Strong knowledge of major car brands (e.g., Honda, Mazda, Nissan, Toyota, and Perodua/Proton).
~Perform advanced diagnostics using scanners, tools, and test equipment.
~Identify faults accurately (engine, electrical, transmission, aircond, suspension, brake system, etc.).
~Carry out repairs efficiently and accordingly
~Conduct road tests to verify repair quality.
~Ensure all repair works follow safety guidelines.

2. Quality Control
~Verify quality of work before vehicle release.
~Perform final inspection checks on vehicles repaired by junior technicians.
~Ensure zero comeback cases by maintaining high workmanship standards.

3. Workshop Operations
~Ensure tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.
~Follow and enforce workshop SOP, including vehicle intake, job sheets, and release procedures.
~Assist in improving workflow and efficiency within the workshop.

4. Customer Interaction (If Required)
~Explain technical issues or repair recommendations to customers when needed.
~Support Service Advisor with technical feedback for quotations.
