Perkara yang perlu anda ketahui sebelum melihat bilik:
1- Deposit RM1,100
2- Sewa RM440/bulan untuk kontrak setahun atau lebih.
3- Yuran kontrak RM180

Anda perlu membayar jumlah ini (1+2+3) sebelum menerima kunci. Jika tempoh kontrak kurang daripada setahun, kadar sewa akan berbeza.

4- Bilik ini hanya untuk lelaki; wanita tidak dibenarkan.
5- Bilik kecil, berkeluasan kira-kira 125 kaki persegi.
6- Bil air dan elektrik sekitar RM25/bulan (tidak termasuk dalam sewa).
7- Minum alkohol atau merokok tidak dibenarkan di dalam bilik.
8- Tempat letak kereta tidak termasuk; anda boleh meletak kenderaan secara percuma di luar atau membayar RM60/bulan untuk tempat letak kereta berbumbung di bawah bangunan.
9- Tiada WiFi, tetapi anda boleh memasang sendiri atau berkongsi dengan dua penyewa lelaki yang lain.
10- Tiada penyaman udara (aircond) di dalam bilik; memandangkan unit berada di tingkat tinggi, kipas siling sudah memadai.

U need to know before you view the room:
1- Deposit RM1100
2- Rental RM440/mth if one year contract or more.
3- contract fees RM180

So u need to pay this(1+2+3)before u get the keys. If the contract is less than one year, the rental will be different.

4-The room only for male no females allowed
5- Small room around 125sft
6- water and electricity around RM25/mth not included in rental.
7- Drinking alcohol or smoking not allowed in the room.
8- Car parking not included, u can park for free outside or pay RM60/mth for covered season parking under the building.
9- No wifi, but u can install or share with other two boys.
10- No Aircon in the room, coz is high floor, the boys use only ceiling fan more than enough.
