📌 Skop Kerja (Tugas & Tanggungjawab)

* Ambil order pelanggan (walk-in / takeaway) dengan cepat & tepat
* Masukkan order dalam sistem POS / tulis manual jika perlu
* Terima bayaran (cash, QR, e-wallet) & pastikan kiraan tepat
* Sediakan & bungkus nasi kerabu ikut standard (portion, lauk, kuah)
* Susun order mengikut giliran supaya tak tersalah hantar
* Jaga kebersihan counter & kawasan kerja
* Beri layanan mesra kepada pelanggan
* Handle pertanyaan basic menu (lauk, harga, add-on)
