𝐋𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Selama, Perak

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟏: 𝐂𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 (𝐒𝐢𝐭𝐞)
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: RM3,000 – RM4,000 (Based on Experience)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Supervise and monitor daily construction site activities.
• Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor project progress and prepare site reports.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project team.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction or site supervision.
• Able to read construction drawings and technical specifications.
• Responsible, self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Own transport with a valid driving license.
• Willing to work at the construction site in Selama, Perak.

𝐏𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝟐: 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫
𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐲𝐩𝐞: Full-Time
𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐫𝐲: RM3,500 – RM5,000 (Based on Experience)

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Review engineering drawings, specifications and project documents.
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising construction works.
• Monitor project progress and ensure quality standards are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers and stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and project documentation.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in construction or engineering projects.
• Experience in building or infrastructure
