Cold Truck Driver

1. Deliver ice cream and frozen products to designated locations according to delivery schedules.
2. Verify delivery orders and obtain outlet staff acknowledgment/signatures.
3. Maintain the cold chain during transportation to preserve product quality.
4. Load and unload products with care to prevent damage or melting.
5. Inspect goods before departure and upon delivery to ensure accuracy and condition.
6. Operate delivery vehicle safely and in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.
7. Conduct routine vehicle inspections (fuel, refrigeration, cleanliness).
8. Report any mechanical issues, accidents, or route delays immediately.
9. Ensure that the vehicle assigned to you is always kept in good working order and safe condition
10. All rubbish must be disposed of either in the lorry or at the warehouse. No rubbish or scrap should be left behind at the end of daily operations.
11. Assist warehouse staff with loading/unloading as needed.
12. Follow company procedures for handling returns, damages, and discrepancies.
13. Whenever the lorry is idle, the driver should assist in the work area under the guidance of the Group Leader.
14. Assist with banking matters, including visits to the bank when required.
