Job Description
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES:-
- Full Set Accounts & GL: Maintain and update full set accounts accurately, ensuring all monthly transactions and General Ledger (GL) accounts are reconciled.
- Fixed Assets: Manage the Fixed Assets Register and calculate monthly depreciation.
- AR & AP Management: Oversee customer invoicing/collections and verify supplier invoices to execute timely payments.
- Payroll & Statutory Compliance: Process employee monthly salaries and handle timely submission/payment of EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB, and corporate tax.
- Audit Leadership (A to Z): Act as the primary person-in-charge to coordinate with external auditors, prepare necessary audit schedules, and clear audit queries to ensure a smooth sign-off.
- Ad-hoc Duties: Perform any other ad-hoc accounting, financial, or administrative tasks assigned by the management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS:-
-Minimum a SPM or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualifications.
-2 to 3 years of hands-on experience handling full set accounts and managing external audits independently.
-Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, Xero) and advanced Microsoft Excel.
-Familiar with Malaysian tax regulations and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
-Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet strict year-end financial reporting deadlines.
-High level of commitment, integrity, and attention to detail.
