Counsellor

We are seeking a qualified and dedicated individual to join our team as a Counsellor to support the personal development, emotional well-being, motivation and overall growth of our skills trainees.

Job Responsibilities

- Conduct individual and group counselling sessions for trainees
- Assist trainees in managing emotional, disciplinary, motivational and personal development issues.
- Plan and conduct student development and mental wellness programmes
- Work closely with trainers and management in addressing trainee-related matters
- Maintain counselling records and reports profesionally and confidentially.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Counselling, Psychology or related field
- Registration with the Malaysian Board of Counsellors (LKM) is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about working with youth and within the TVET education environment
