MUDAH CREDITS
All transactions relating to the PRO Niaga Services are to be paid in the form of online credits ("Credits") which shall include regular Credits, Promo Credits and Suspended Credits all as hereinafter defined. All credits purchased are non-refundable.

CREDIT EXPIRY PERIOD

REGULAR CREDITS

1. All Regular Credits shall only be valid for the period (“expiry period”) set out in the table below, after which all Regular Credits shall forthwith be suspended (hereinafter referred to as “Suspended Regular Credits”). The User will not be able to conduct any transaction in relation to the services offered in PRO Niaga using the Suspended Regular Credits unless and until the Suspended Regular Credits are reactivated in accordance with Clause 2.

2. If the User purchases fresh Regular Credits within a grace period of thirty (30) days from the expiry date set out in the table ("the said grace period"), the Suspended Regular Credits shall be reactivated and shall accordingly become valid tender to conduct any transaction in relation to services offered in PRO Niaga. If the User does not reactivate the Suspended Regular Credits within the said grace period, the Suspended Regular Credits shall forthwith be forfeited and shall no longer be valid tender for any transaction in relation to services offered in PRO Niaga.

3. Purchase of new Regular Credits can only be used to extend the validity of existing Regular Credits.

PROMO CREDITS

4. All Promo Credits shall only be valid for the period set ("expiry period"), after which all Promo Credits shall expire and forthwith be forfeited (hereinafter referred to as " Expired Promo Credits"). The User will not be able to conduct any transaction in relation to the services offered in PRO Niaga using the Expired Promo Credits.

5. Purchase of new Promo Credits can only be used to extend the validity of existing unexpired Promo Credits.

6. All payments made towards the purchase of any Credits (Regular and Promo Credits) shall be strictly non-refundable.

7. All Credits (whether arising from the purchase of Regular Credits or re-activation of Suspended Regular Credits) shall be reflected as one aggregate balance. Such aggregate balance shall always only have one common expiry date ie. the expiry date of the newly purchased Regular Credits.

8. The value of Credits shall always be displayed separately and clearly in the PRO Niaga User’s account page for the User’s reference.

9. All Credits which are duly forfeited pursuant to the terms and conditions shall remain the property of the Company and User hereby agrees that he or she shall have no claim whatsoever in relation to or in connection with such forfeited Credits or the monies paid thereunder and further agrees to indemnify the Company for any loss, cost and expenses suffered or incurred by the Company in connection with any such claim.

RATES AND CHARGES FOR PRO NIAGA SERVICES

The Company reserves the right and in its sole discretion to change or modify the rates and charges to the Users and terms and conditions from time to time. The User will be notified of any amendments via announcement on the Site.

Total Credits available to the User shall be prominently displayed on the User's Store or PRO Niaga accounts page.

Users are advised to exercise care and discretion prior to purchasing Credits. All Credits purchased by the Users are strictly non-refundable.

In the event a User wishes to report any problems relating to the Credits, the User should contact the Company by filling up the appropriate forms at the Company's Customer Service page.

Users may purchase Credits from the Company through his or her PRO Niaga account in the following denominations:

*The Price shall include a processing fee which is only chargeable if the Credits are purchased via Cash & Cheque payment mode.

The Company reserves the right to offer Credits promotions and bundles that deviate from the table above and the Company has absolute discretion to offer promotions and/or bundles to any selected group as it deems fit.

User may purchase Credits via the following methods:

(a) Credit Card

The Company would require the following information input from the User. Information is strictly passed on to the payment processor and not stored by the Company.

i. Credit Card Number
ii. Expiry Date
iii. Security Code

Users who select this option will be redirected to the payment processor's secure website to complete the transaction. The Company exercises no control whatsoever over such transactions which are conducted outside of the Company's servers/website and the User hereby agrees to indemnify the Company for any discrepancies or disputes arising from such transactions. Credit Card Payment will normally be reflected within 30 minutes after the transaction.

(b) Bank Transfers

Users may choose to pay for the Credits by transferring funds directly to the Company’s bank account via online electronic fund transfer (for example, MEPS or GIRO services). Please take note that bank transfers will be reflected within 24 working hours (upon receiving proof of payment) to reflect in User’s PRO Niaga account. Please include the PRO Niaga Store ID, Store name and email in the payment details.

The funds are to be sent to the following account:

(c) Electronic Transfer (FPX)

Users will be redirected to the respective payment processor/merchant bank’s secure website to complete the said transaction. The Company shall have no control whatsoever over such transactions which are conducted outside the Company’s servers/website and the User hereby agrees to indemnify the Company wholly for any discrepancies or disputes arising from such transactions.

(d) GrabPay (E-wallet)

Users will be redirected to the respective payment processor/merchant bank’s secure website to complete the said transaction and the respective daily limit for your GrabPay wallet is still applicable. The Company shall have no control whatsoever over such transactions which are conducted outside the Company’s servers/website and the User hereby agrees to indemnify the Company wholly for any discrepancies or disputes arising from such transactions.

(e) Cheque

Users shall email the cheque's bank-in slip to billing@mudah.my. The Company shall remit Credits to the User's PRO Niaga account only upon the cheque’s clearance and verification of receipt of funds in the Company's bank account. Credit update through the Cheque method may take up to three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the email with the cheque's bank-in slip. Users may issue cheques in the name of “Mudah.my Sdn Bhd” and deposit it to the following account:

Any cheque deposited after 4pm shall be processed on the next business day.

(f) Cash Deposit

Users shall email the bank-in slip to billing@mudah.my. The Company shall remit Credits to the User's PRO Niaga account only upon receipt of the bank-in slip and verification of receipt of funds in the Company's bank account. Credit update through the Cash Deposit method may take up to three (3) working days from the date of receipt of the email. The funds are to be deposited to the following account:
