Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure every car has an opened job card
- Assign the right technician to the correct job
- Make sure all required parts and tools are complete before work starts
- Order parts when needed
- Prepare quotations for parts and Labour charges
- Communicate with admin regarding billing and payment matters
- Monitor job progress and update customers when necessary
- Ensure repair quality and final inspection before vehicle delivery
- Arrange vehicle handover to customer after completion
- Maintain workshop cleanliness, safety and daily operations
Required Skills:
Knowledge of automotive systems (engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, etc.)
Attention to detail
Time management skills
