Job Description
We are looking for a candidate to support customer service task. This is a support-level role, suitable for candidates with practical experience.
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries from the customers and provide details about the product's knowledge in order to generate sales.
Respond to customer inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to higher-level support when necessary.
Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide the best possible customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and any changes in policies.
Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and contribute to the overall success of the team.
Assist the team and management with any tasks requiring support.
To perform other duties assigned from time to time.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least SPM/Certificate.
Preferably with 1 - 2 years of experience in an industry-related product.
Prior experience in marketing and sales will be an added advantage.
Meticulous, computer literate and competent in Office, AutoCount, Social APP.
Good communication skill in English & Bahasa Malaysia. (mandarin communication is an advantage)
Self-motivated, independent and possess initiative.
Able to work in Competitive environment.
