Currently, myself and wife stay at 2nd floor master room, while another two rooms at second floor tenanted with two male professional working adults.

Looking for male tenant who can keep room and house clean, no smoke, no pet allowed, pay rent on time. Monthly rent RM 360 (without air cond) and RM 460 (with air cond), and DEPOSIT is 1 MONTH ONLY. Kindly note air cond bill will be calculated monthly based on RM0.50/kwh. Previous tenant relocate to KL. Room is open for rent and ready to move in anytime. Thanks.
